Paid digital products are final sale

All paid products are digital downloads delivered immediately after checkout. Because access is provided instantly, paid digital toolkit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchase, failure to use the materials, or supplier outcomes after purchase. If a technical delivery issue prevents access, contact support so we can help restore access or resend the download link.

What this covers

This policy applies to the paid China Supplier Risk Toolkit digital download sold through our checkout links.

• No refund for change of mind after purchase.
• No refund after the download page is delivered.
• No refund because a supplier later performs poorly, refuses questions, changes terms, or becomes unsuitable.
• No refund because the buyer chooses not to use the files, worksheets, templates, or guides.

$99 China Company Identity Review

The Identity Review is a manual service, not an instant digital download.

• You may request cancellation before manual research begins.
• Once research has started, the service fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cannot identify one company after the clarification process.
• If the submitted details do not identify one mainland China company, we pause the turnaround clock and request clarification.
• If clarification still cannot identify one company, we do not present the order as a completed review. We will confirm the applicable cancellation or refund outcome in writing.
• Blocked or unavailable public sources are recorded as limitations. They are not negative findings about the company.
• One supplemental-material update may be requested within three calendar days after delivery for the same company.

Privacy and file deletion

Do not send passwords, platform login access, full bank/card numbers, personal identity documents, or unrelated confidential material. Original customer files used for the Identity Review are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. A redacted operating record may be retained.

Delivery support

If Payhip confirms payment but you cannot access the download page or email link, contact support from the purchase email address. We can help resend the download link or restore access where possible.

The Toolkit is educational material and the Identity Review is fixed-scope company-identity research. Neither is supplier certification, legal advice, financial advice, customs advice, product compliance advice, inspection, factory audit, sourcing agency work, or a supplier-safety guarantee.

Payment providers may have their own dispute processes. This policy explains our store policy and does not waive any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
